Waterfalls in Tatras

There are many big waterfalls in Tatras like "Wodogrzmoty Mickiewicza" but no one menstions these small ones. I decided to take some photos of these small, unknown waterfalls.

Another lake:)

This lake is called "Gąsienicowy". It is not one of the five lakes from my previous posts. It's a separate place, also beautiful, located in the Tatra Mountains.

I'm having trouble with colours and brightness on my computer lately. I don't know how to adjust the brightness of some photos in PS. Ysterday I was checking my blog on my parents' computer and it turned out that they are far too dark - sometimes I couldn't even believe that these are the same photos I was working with last week. Now I don't know if they are too dark? My computer may give me a false image. What do You think of the brightness in my photos, especially the last panoramas. Do they look unnatural?

The valley of Five Polish Lakes - part two.

The first photo is from 2008 and the next two are from our last trip. My husband is working on my 360° panorama from this valley. I will publish it as soon as possible - I can't wait:)

The Valley of Five Polish Lakes - part one.

As You know our last trip to Slovakia wasn't successful due to the rainy weather. That's why we decided to go to The Tatra Mountains. We packed ourselves up and went without even having a place to stay there. The weather was beautiful (it's very rare in Tatras) and we longed for hiking very much.

The first collectiona of photos, mostly panoramas, were taken in The Valley of Five Polish Lakes. It is withought doubt the most beautiful place in Poland.

What I found in the garden... part one.

I've been dividing my posts into two parts lately. This set is devoted to: 'what I found in my grandmother's garden'. There are so many small screatures there that I'm not able to name all of them. Today I want to show you two butterflies and a moth. At least that's what I thing they are. Maybe I'm wrong - I think the last one is a moth and the first three photos show butterflies. What do You think?

Rivers - part two.

Today, more shots from Slovakia.

Slovakia is a beautiful country full of mountain ranges. I used to go there with my parents when I was in primary school and later when I was in my teens. I've got wonderful memories from those visits.

These photos show some rivers from The Demianovska Valley.

Rivers - part one.

After four days in Slovakia we were so desperate that we went back home. The first two days were not so bad - it wasn't raining but clouds were hanging so low that we hardly saw the nearby mountains. Later the rain unabled any hiking or wandering so we made the decisio to go home. We are going back to mountains when the weather is better. This time we decided to go to Polish Tatras.

In the mentioned weather conditions I was shooting either caves (I need to work on these shots a little bit longer) or rivers. Here is the first part of river photos - Slovakia 2010:)
